- Law clerk in the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
- Prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney’s Office specializing in drug trafficking and immigration and violent crimes.
- Lead counsel in over 75 trials in federal, state and military courts, both criminal and civil trials.
